About My Project
The images you see here are commissioned portraits done in the various mediums I work in; charcoal, pastel, and oil. This one hangs in a Supreme Court Justice’s chamber.
Artist Statement: This is a self-portrait that shows my long and arduous journey through the prison system such as immense depression, introspection, religion, desperation, and the unknown environment of a juvenile lifer serving a life sentence.
